2. Valley of Flowers
‘Valley of Flowers’ is one of the attractions of ‘Statue of Unity’ setup at Kevadia Colony in Gujarat. The SoU is surrounded by 17 km long patch of colourful flowers along the banks of River Narmada to make the spot resembling a rainbow of flowers setup on earth.
The Valley of Flowers has over 100 variety of flowers like Garmado (yellow and red), Gulmohar (red), Champo (white), Khakhro (red), Pongaro (red), shrubs like Galtora (red and yellow), Tecoma (yellow), Boganveliya (white, red, yellow, and pink) Nerium, and climbers like Qualisis, Wadeliya, Allamandacathartica, and bamboos and colourful grasses, all seasons flowers like Marigold, Calendula, Sunflower, Vinca and others.

3. Garudeshwar Dutt Temple
This ancient temple of Lord Shiva is situated on the Northern bank of holy River Narmada and attracts thousands of pilgrims from all over the world. This temple of Garudeshwar Mahadev is around 2000 years old and it is said that the Lord Shiva took the form of an eagle and saved all the common people from the attack of the evil elements. Garudeshwar is a pilgrim site with a holy place for bath called Ghat, on the bank of the Narmada. His Holiness Shree Vasudevananda Sarasvati chose to leave his Mundane body at this sacred site.
Prime attractions are the temple of Lord Dattatreya and a holy memorial ashram of His Holiness Vasudevananda Sarasvati who is the author of ‘Dattpuraan’. The statue of Lord Dattatreya is really very impressive and hypnotizing due to its piercing eyes. The statue is made of black granite stone and carved with beautiful wooden designs.
4. Nani Moti Panoti
Shri Shani Dev, the dreaded Hindu deity temple well known as Nani-Moti Panoti across India and next best to Shri Shani Shingnapur Temple, is located at Jior-Pati Village close to Rajpipla.
5. Uttarvahini Narmada
As said by holy saints the parikrama of ‘Uttarvahi Narmada’during ‘Chaitra’ month is of divine and religious mahatmay that equals the complete parikrama of the River Narmada. As it is rightly said “Ganga Snan, Yamuna Pan, Tapi Smaaran and Reva Darshan” is the way to attain ‘Moksha’. Mangrol situated between Rampura and Gopaleshwar is the Nabhisthan of Uttarvahi Narmada Maiya which is a preferred location for Narmada Snan to attain moksha.
6. Shulpaneshwar Temple
There are many ancient places and temples situated all along the bank of River Narmada in Nandod, Narmada. All such places are extremely holy and ancient. One of them Shulpaneshwar Temple located 22 km away from Rajpipla is the aesthetic centre for people across the border of Maharashtra and Gujarat and hardly any tourist would miss this temple during the Sardar Sarovar Dam visit. The ancient Shulpaneshwar temple on submergence in Sardar Sarovar has been relocated to Gora village. The 5 day tribal fair on ‘Chaitri Amaas’ celebrated to memorize similar celebration by all Hindu God during the appearance of Shivlinga at this place as described in ‘Skand Puran’. The beautiful ‘Ghaat’ for Narmada Snan and the Maha Aarti of Narmada Maiya on every Poonam (Full moon) is a privilege for Shiv devotees. 7. Harsiddhi Temple
The world famous 400 year old temple of Maa Harsiddhi, one amongst the Shaktipeeths of Hindu Mythology upholds glorious history associated with the Royal Family of Rajpipla. Harsidhhi Mataji is believed to have enshrined Rajpipla compelled by deep faith expressed by then maharaja Shri Verisalji Maharaj. The temple is managed now by President, Hindu Devsthan Committee and Mamlatdar, Nandod. More than 200,000 tourists and devotees visit this temple every year. His Highness Maharaja Vijaysinhji built this palace which has been converted into a Heritage Hotel by his successor Raghuvirsinh Gohil with an intention to promote heritage tourism. 9. Wadia Palace
The then His Highness Maharaja Vijaysinh was the first Indian to win the world renowned Derby Race, who utilized the prize money of Rs. 4 million to build this palace with an intention of providing employment opportunity to the people of his estate.
The palace is known as Wadia Palace as is situated in the Wadia Village limits. Designed in a shape of English letter “8”, this palace contains more than 1000 doors and windows.

10. Sardar Sarovar Dam
The Sardar Sarovar Dam is world’s 2nd largest dam in terms of volume of concrete used, having longest canal network in the world, with largest water carrying capacity of 40000 cusec, much more than volume of water flowing in most rivers in Gujarat.
The dam was built with latest engineering technology using the world’s 2nd largest cable crane in terms of the span fascinating tourist from all over the world.
11. Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary
The forest is a moist deciduous forest with semi-evergreen elements. It is one of the densest forests in Gujarat. The hilly tract of the sanctuary bordering the Narmada supports some of the best forests of Gujarat harboring floral and faunal elements bearing similarities to Himalayan and Western Ghats ones. The physical aspect is dominated by Rajpipla hills. Dhanmal is the highest peak in this region.The general slope is towards west. The sanctuary has a vast undulating terrain, lush ever pervading greenery, tall canopy, deep valleys, somber rocks, gentle streams, and majestic waterfalls all in the Vindhyan-Satpuran ranges. Moist teak forest, moist mixed deciduous forest, dry deciduous scrub, dry bamboo brakes and dry tropical riverine forest are the varied habitats found here. It is also a major watershed feeding two major reservoirs thus conserving the soil and water.
12. Zarvani Waterfall
Zarvani Waterfall is situated in Narmada District & it is situated inside Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary. It has beautiful greenery around and surroundings. One can make a trip to this place as a picnic and have fun with friends and family.
